Refund Policy

At The Firm Roberts & Martin PC, we strive to deliver accurate, timely, and professional accounting services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Due to the nature of our services—including but not limited to tax preparation, bookkeeping, consulting, and financial reporting—all fees paid are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been rendered.  We understand that circumstances may vary, and if you believe there has been an error or issue with the services provided, you may submit a written request for review within 10 days of the service date. All such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and while we are not obligated to issue a refund, we may offer a resolution at our sole discretion.
